Sometimes, remembering a new phone or credit card number, a birthday, a physics constant or just a seat number is such a challenge! Our brains are just not fit to remember cold numbers…

What tool ? A memory table ! It's an association of pictures and numbers from 0 to 99. You learn it once, and then you use it to remembers any number you want for the rest of your life!
How it works ? Once you’ve memorized your memory table, a list of numbers suddenly becomes a list of pictures to you. With this list of pictures, you can invent a small story. Make it funny and crazy and it will be stored in your memory instantly !
For example, let me give you the beginning of my personal Pi story. There is a man in hospital who was in a coma (3). His bed was flying through the air, because it was attached to some red balloons (14). The nurse (15) was coming to check on him when suddenly somebody drove into the room on a motorbike (92) and kidnapped him. At the exit of the hospital, the motorbike slipped on ice (65) and crashed. Both the driver and the passenger were covered in dust (35), but despite this, they continued on their way at full speed chasing Harry Potter golden snitch (89). To be continued…
